NOTES TO SECRETARIES

1. Please ensure that first aid boxes are well stocked.

2. Apologies for non - attendance at Management and Annual General Meetings are not accepted. Secretaries are obliged to ensure club representation.

3. Please make certain Umpires coats are provided in clean condition.

4. The passage of overs shall be indicated by a reducing number on the scoreboard.

5. Sight screens shall be positioned in line with the wickets by the home side prior to the umpires taking the field of play.

6. In the event of inclement weather the home side must provide adequate supplies of sawdust which are readily available for use by both teams, prior to the umpires taking the field of play.

7. Under M.C.C. Law 42 the Captains are responsible for ensuring that play is conducted within the spirit of the game as well as within the Laws.
