News submission guidelines

If you have a news item, calendar event, or announcement that you want the Lancashire County League to consider for publication in on this website, please follow these guidelines:

• News articles and event announcements should be relevant to our readership however, this does not include match reports from your games.

• We recommend that submissions with time sensitive information should be submitted at least two weeks before the event date. Make sure you include the event date in the email, along with the time, location, and cost, if any, of your event. We will publish links to your external club website if required.

• We reserve the right to edit content, and there is no guarantee that all items submitted will be used.

• Please only include one photo for use in your news article.

• Please proof read your submission for correct details, dates, complete information, etc.

• The LCL website is not responsible if any submissions provide incorrect information.
