I am trying to get together an archive of senior cricket action and player profile photo's from all our clubs to use on the website in future news articles, stories and on the stats pages.

We've started getting all LCL Division 1 and 2 scorecards online for you to browse through. We've teamed up with Cricket Archive who are providing the service to get our stats online.

As with the old website, you can view all the season's fixtures and results for the 1st and 2nd Division which is structured exactly as it used to be.

New to the LCL website is the addition of historical league stats and averages.

You'll notice that the bottom section of the site's frontpage contains news and scores from around the cricket world.

This new website means it's a doddle for non-techy people to add content on to the site.

You'll notice on the frontpage a link to our games section. Here you'll find a few entertaining little games to pass away those lunch hour blues.

There's still a few bits and pieces I need to do on the website but the main content is in place as we gear up for the new cricket season.

Well it's finally here. A few months in the making but hopefully for all you out there, it was worth the wait!
